When customers try to cancel or pause, ask why and show one matching offer. Subscribers manage their plans in Shopify customer accounts. Pick a widget template, match your brand and translate it.

For a free app, it has a lot of features you’d normally expect to pay for. The team keeps improving it and I’ve had a really good experience so far. I even requested a feature, and the team actually added it, which was a nice surprise. Support was also quick to respond when I had an issue and resolved it fairly quick. Definitely worth trying.
