We have used the Essential Preorder app for both preorders and back in stock, and both functions are great. In particular, the number of options available within the preorder side, ie. customised email notifications, hold status etc., fit exactly what we need. We would highly recommend the app!

A great app for handling pre-orders. I particularly like the option to customize how the lower price for pre-order items is displayed. It’s immediately clear to the customer that they are purchasing a pre-order item at a discount, and that the price will be higher later on.
